Customized Personal Training Sessions

Weight training, Conditioning, Cardiovascular and Muscular endurance programs 

Based on the fitness goals established in the Consultation and Assessment, a personal training program is designed.  These training sessions utilize simple equipment such as dumbbells, stability balls, tubing and bands, to tone and strengthen muscles.  The program will be challenging, yet simple and effective.  The design is tailored to each individual’s needs and will be structured to adapt as strength increases.
