Personalized fitness assessments and consultations
Consultation sessions begin with a Health History Questionnaire, designed to identify any pre-existing conditions that may result in the need for exercise modifications. A complete fitness assessment is performed. Fitness specifications such as Target Heart Rate, Body Mass Index (BMI) and Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) are calculated. Cardiovascular, muscle endurance and flexibility tests are also administered.
Finally, goals are set and outlined. A training program will then be designed to ensure maximum results.
