A vicious circle!
When you are stressed, tension can cause havoc on your body. And that tension can lead to discomfort in your head, neck and other muscles.
This month’s DIY recipe is a great little go-to for natural relief from the tension and discomfort that comes with stress.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- 10 drops of Peppermint
- 10 drops of Lavender
- 10 drops of Frankincense
- a 5 or 10 ml glass roller bottle (get it here)
- fractionated coconut oil (get it here)
Add the oils to the roller bottle and top of with coconut oil. Mix well and apply as needed to temples, neck and shoulders for quick tension relief!
