This is to help you to understand that although nutritional plans may seem different, they are all intended to produce a positive result for our bodies. The foundation of this concept is energy balance.
We will explore what the energy balance and status in our bodies actually means for our health. What is energy expenditure and how does it affect our weight goals? How can we establish a negative energy balance and how is this beneficial to us? How is establishing a positive energy balance critical? What kind of lifestyle variables are involved in a successful control of energy balance?
We will answer all of this questions and more!
