  • Busy Schedule Strategies:  utilizing the Sunday Ritual, the Breakfast Ritual, precooking proteins, prechopping veggies and fruits and liquid nutrition
  • Eating Healthy in a Restaurant
  • Strategies for Frequent Fliers and Travelers
