Ok, now that I have your attention, here is why we are really here today…..

This is a depiction of your typical North American diet………..I am guilty of indulging too – sometimes more often than I care to admit!

We are fast food junkies here in the United States.  It is quick, easy and fairly cheap when our  lives are on the go.

How can we escape this pattern?

This week’s lesson will explore ways we can fight the urge and structure more nutritious meal patterns.

We will cover:

  • Our typical meal patterns
  • How we can improve our meal patterns
  • Sample meal plans that are nutritious
  • Suggestions for improving your patterns
