Lesson 5 – The Fat Lesson

FAT is a dreaded word!  It does not have to be!  Fats can be healthy and are necessary for a balanced diet.

This week’s lesson is all about fat and we will learn how good it can be! 



In this lesson we will cover:

  • The types of fat and fat balance
  • The benefits of omega fats
  • The benefits of fish oil

We will learn how a healthy balance of dietary fats is, in fact, good for you.
