Introducing the 8 Lesson Nutritional Curriculum! 

Ready for a change?  Ready to set some simple and realistic goals for a healthier new year?

Let’s start here!

These simple lessons will help you take control of your nutrition and begin healthy habits.

The Curriculum includes:

Lesson 1: The Grocery Shopping Tour

Lesson 2: Kitchen Makeover

Lesson  3: The Sugar Lesson

Lesson 4: The Fruit & Veggie Lesson

Lesson 5: The Fat Lesson

Lesson 6: From North America to Nutritious

Lesson 7: Eating on the Go

Lesson 8: Understanding Energy Balance

Please register to receive the lessons via email.  A summary will be posted daily beginning January 5.  Once you have registered, you will also be given the option to schedule your own personal lessons.  These lessons can be done in person, via the phone, email, Skype or Google Hangouts.  Each lesson will be individually priced at $10 per lesson.  The entire curriculum can be purchased for $75 and will be available in the one-on-one formats.
